We'll give you shipping instructions.

4. Repaired and shipped back

We repair it and ship it back to you.

Most repairs are completed in 1–2 weeks. If your piece needs special parts or custom work, we'll give you the timeline before we start.

Please approve your repair or pick up your piece within 60 days. After 60 days without a decision, mail-in items will be shipped back to the return address you gave us, and we'll reach out to local customers to come pick theirs up.

Photos help us give you an idea, but final quotes come after we examine your piece in person.
