Working closely in the footsteps of his father, Kevin focuses on combining traditional craftsmanship and customer relationships with modern innovation, technology, and forward-thinking ideas. Mechelle Williams specializes in custom jewelry design and serves as the finance manager at McCrorys Jewelry. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating one-of-a-kind pieces, she works closely with clients to bring their visions to life. Alongside her design expertise, she oversees financing options to ensure a smooth, transparent, and personalized experience for every customer.

JRM Designs/ Bench Jeweler
Jonathan R. McCrory is part of the next generation helping shape the future of McCrory’s Jewelry. As the creator behind JRM Designs, Jonathan specializes in custom jewelry design, creating one-of-a-kind pieces with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
Alongside custom design, Jonathan plays a major role in jewelry repair and restoration, specializing in laser welding, soldering, and advanced repair work. Having learned the craft from his father, Kelly McCrory — twin brother of founder Kevin McCrory Sr. — Jonathan continues to build upon that knowledge while mastering new techniques and modern innovations in the jewelry industry.
Together with Kevin McCrory Jr., Jonathan represents the future of McCrory’s Jewelry — carrying on a family legacy built on craftsmanship, integrity, and passion.
