Refund Policy

Return Guidelines:

• 2-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee:
  We offer a full 100% refund on all jewelry purchases (excluding custom-made pieces) within 2 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original, unused condition with the receipt for a full refund.

• After 2 Days - 80% Refund (Restocking Fee Included):
  If you wish to return the item between 2 and 15 days of receiving it, you are eligible for an 80% refund. The 20% deduction is a restocking fee to cover administrative and handling costs. The item must be in its original, unused condition with the receipt.

• No Refund After 15 Days:
  We regret that after 15 days from the date of receipt, we cannot offer any refunds.

• Damaged Items After Receipt:
  No refund will be issued for items that are damaged after receipt. The item must remain in original, unused condition. Once an item has been damaged or altered in any way after it has been received, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Exclusions:

• Custom-Made Pieces: Custom jewelry, including any personalized or altered items, is non-refundable.

• Condition of the Item: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with the original packaging and receipt. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for a refund.

1. Bring the jewelry item, original receipt, and packaging to McCrory’s Jewelry and Repair.

2. Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition.

3. Our team will process your return and refund based on the guidelines above.

Return by Mail:
