We at McCrory’s Jewelry and Repair, a family-owned business since 1998, we want every piece you choose to bring you lasting joy. We stand behind our craftsmanship, fair pricing, and personal service. Our return policy is designed to give you confidence while being fair to our small family shop.
30-Day Return Window-
You may return most eligible jewelry items within 30 days of the date you receive them. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and your receipt.
Your Return Options-
We offer two straightforward choices, so you always get the full original value back:

Within the first 14 days of receipt: Choose either – A full refund to your original payment method, or – The full amount issued as an e-gift card / in-store credit.

From day 15 through day 30: The full original purchase amount is issued as an e-gift card (store credit). This e-gift card can be used immediately for any purchase online at mccrorysjewelryinc.com or in our Vernon store. E-gift cards never expire and have no fees.
Refunds-
Refunds, to your original payment method are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

Custom-designed, personalized, engraved, or specially ordered pieces (final sale).

Any item that has been resized, engraved, polished beyond basic cleaning, altered, or repaired by McCrory’s Jewelry — these services make the piece a custom item and final sale.

Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer after receipt.

Items returned without the original packaging, tags, or receipt.
Alterations & Resizing Note-
Resizing, engraving, or any other alteration performed by our team changes the original piece into a custom item made specifically for you. Once this work has been completed and approved, the item becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return or refund. We’re happy to perform these services — we simply want to make sure you’re completely satisfied before we begin.
How to Return an Item-
In-Store Returns (Fastest & Easiest) Bring the jewelry, original receipt, and packaging to McCrory’s Jewelry and Repair in Vernon. Our team will inspect the item and, if approved, process your return the same day — usually issuing your e-gift card on the spot so you can use the full value right away.
Returns by Mail-

Contact us first by phone or email to request return authorization and shipping instructions.

Carefully pack the item with the original receipt and packaging.

Ship via a traceable, insured method (we recommend USPS Priority Mail with tracking).

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2 business days), we will issue your e-gift card or process your refund according to the timeline above.
Return Shipping Costs-
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. In those cases, we will cover shipping and handle everything promptly.
Exchanges-
Exchanges for a different item of equal or greater value are welcome within the 30-day window (subject to availability). Just let us know what you’d like to exchange for.
